The Salfrutta fruit farm, certified organic, was founded in 1978 by Graziella Salusso and Mario Bianciotto. It is located in Bricherasio, a town situated at the beginning of the Pellice Valley and not far from the Chisone Valley and Pinerolo. The farm cultivates fruit plantations such as kiwis, apples, blueberries, grapes and pawpaws (asimina triloba). Additionally, Salfrutta possesses an olive grove where olives of the frantoio, leccino, brisighella and pendolino varieties produce excellent olive oil.
